I found the above name's delayed birth cert. in an antique store in Springville, AL. Info: Marcus Parsons, Jr. b. December 24, 1939 Jefferson Co., AL. Father: Marcus Parson b. AL. Mother: Maudane Gooden b. AL.

Father was living at 1620 N. 16th St. Bessemer, AL in October 1957 when the delayed birth cert. was issued.

I will hold on to it until June 15, 2009 if no one claims it then sending it to the Birmingham Genealogy Society where you can inquire about it there.
