Many named Hugh Gilmore Partin

Has anybody else run into an issue of keeping all the various Hugh Gilmore Partins straight? Hugh(B. 1806) was my GGG Grandfather. From there it seems there are many more with various sons having sons named Hugh Gilmore Partin. Any advice is appreciated. Willing to share what I have.
