My Ggrandfather is Max Passon. My grandmother insisted he was "from" Wisconsin, near Green Bay but I have written to 6 counties in the area and no one has a birth record of him. I don't know where to look next... After he lived in Wisconsin for a while he then moved to Chicago (Pilsen neighborhood) and his family has stayed in ILlinois ever since. DOes anyone have any ideas on where else to look? I have never looked at any census, because I don't know where/ how..
