I am researching the life of my grandmother, Nora Clark. Nora was known as "Miss Nonie", and was a mid-wife in the State of South Carolina before her retirement. I am also seeking any information on her mother Alice Peeples Clark.
I've been told that the Clark Peeples family have ties to the Pate family surname. Can anyone shed some light on this mystery?
