Hi..I am trying to find someone who can point me in the right direction here. My grandmother was Sallie Paterson who married Leslie Alma Laird in the late? 1800's. in Texas..Rusk County..least that is where they lived. I keep running into dead ends..I can only find out my grandfather's family. His father was Dickson Laird from Tenn. Any hints?
