Finding any Italian relatives

My name is Alicica Patti. All I know about my family is that my great-grandfather was born and lived in Italy for a while. We have his military papers. My great-grandmother raised my dad and my great-grandfather died when my dad was very young.My great-grandmother paassed away many years ago. I am looking relative either in Italy or those relatives who may know of our relatives in Italy. Thank You.
