Hi all,

Does anybody have a connection with my Pauling family, which I have traced to Burford in Oxfordshire.

I have a James Pauling, born in Burford in abt 1785

He married Susannah Stoone is South Marsten in Wiltshire in 1812.

They had children called John and Solomon and probably others.

Solomon was my great, great great grandfather and he moved to Woolwich, Kent in 1870ish.

Does anybodt spot a connection or can anybody tell me more about the history of Paulings in Oxfordshire ?
