Jeremiah Paullin of Woolwich Twp, Gloucester County, New Jersey and Elizabeth his wife to John McCallister of Pilesgrove, Salem County, New Jersey

Whereas David Paullen, late of Pilesgrove aforesaid, deceased, was seized of a tract in Pilesgrove and by his will divided equally his lands by his 3 sons, Jeremiah Paullen, grantor above names, David Paullen and Henry Paullen. Henry died before age 21 so his share went to David and Jeremiah who have by mutual consent made a Division by Quit Claim dated (left blank). Now Jeremiah Paullen, for consideration of L200 Gold and silver conveys to John McCallister above named the following;

1. Beginning at a stone standing in Jacob Davis' line
2. Thence by said Henry Paullin's land N 40 degrees E 62 chains and 40 links to a corner
3. Thence N 76 degrees E 37 chains to a post in Alexandia Elwell's line.
4. Thence by same S 30 degrees E 9 Chains to a stone corner of Esq'r. Harris' land.
5. Thence by same S 76 degrees W 29 chains 50 links to a red oak by Salem Creek
6. Thence down same 1 chain to a post
7. Thence S 29 degrees W 12 chains to a post and stone by Hallow Run
8. Thence S 64 degrees W 8 chains and 50 links to a stone
9. Thence S 39 and 1/2 degrees W 23 Chains 50 links to stone
10. Thence N 50 degrees W 5 chains
11. Thence S 40 degrees W 10 chains and 79 links to a stone corner in Jacob Davis' line
12. Thence N 50 degrees W 5 chains 80 links to the beginning.
