Surnames: Paulus, Lephart
Thanks to a "new" cousin, we may have found the parents to John Henry Paulus. She says they are Samuel Paulus and wife, Mary LEPHART. They are both buried at Stone Church Cemetery, Middlesex Township, Cumberland County, PA.
