Francis C. Paxton
YORK Francis C. Paxton, 64, died at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2009, at his residence. He was the husband of Sherry L. (Vallance) Paxton. Born March 25, 1945, in Wellsville, he was the son of the late Claude and Arnetta Paxton. In addition to his wife, Mr. Paxton is survived by five sons, David A. Vallance, Richard A. Koppenhaver, Joseph M. Koppenhaver, Larry P. Koppenhaver, and Jeffrey T. Paxton; three daughters, Sherrie L. Buffington, Nancy Matthews, and Diane Koppenhaver; 21 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Charmaine Zinn. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday at Manchester Assembly of God, 4115 Board Road, Manchester. Kuhner Associates Funeral Directors, 863 S.
