I am searching for information on this individual. He was born ca. 1806 probably either Henryville, Quebec or upper New York. Family is sometimes shown as Picard and sometimes Fruntreyhouse. I descend through his son, Suplear/Cyprien Pecore who was born ca. 1833. Census records show him to be born in New York. This family is French-Canadian. They moved to Kankakee and Iroquios Counties, Illinois by the mid-1850s. Suplear then moved to Texas by the 1870s and Oklahoma by the early 1900s where he is buried in Tecumseh. Any information about the family's location in New York would be appreciated.
