THORWALD PEDERSON & FAMILY
Thorwald PEDERSON, born Sep 8 1863 in Christiansund, Norway and came to America when 21 years. He settled first in St. Paul where he lived for two years, at the end of which time he went to Fergus Falls where he was engaged in business for two years.

In 1893, he moved to Grafton and took a position as a jewelry and watch repairman for Peter Speton, who operated a store here at that time. Later he engaged in the jewelry business for himself.

On Jan 13, 1894, he married Olenia KLUGNESS in Grafton. They had seven children:

Mrs Gudren Edgley - Florida
Charles PEDERSON - Minneapolis
Eilert PEDERSON - Grafton
Jarl, Sr. - Grafton
Alvin Sr. - Grafton

Thorwald PEDERSON suffered a stroke in 1920 and was a partial invalid until his death in 1927. Interment was in the Grafton Lutheran Cemetery.
