Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help me in locating my Great-Grandfather. I believe his name is Fredéric Pelletier, born about 1861 in Montreal, Quebec. Full name believed to be Fredéric George Louis Gaston Pelletier. Left Canada probably between the ages of 15 and 20. Eventually married Margaretta Johnson from Newry, County Down, Northern Ireland about 1884 and changed surname from Pelletier to Gaston. Family legend has it that he was the 7th son of a 7th son but that's about all we have. I would be most grateful for any help and assistance in tracing my ancestor. Many thanks.
