Pemble and Smith connection
I feel there must be a connection between the Smith and Pemble families back in England. My 4x grandfather was William Smith from Lambeth and Kennington, Surrey, England. He named one son John Pemble Smith, and another son Thomas Vincent Pemble Smith. Three of William's children also used the name Pemble in their children's names. Anyone researching Pembles in England that have come across a Pemble and Smith marriage??
