Selone Pence

QUICKSBURG, VA., July 20.-This morning at 11 o'clock funeral services were conducted in Solomon's Lutheran Church by Rev. D. W. Zipperer for Selone Pence, 81 years old, who died Saturday in the home of his daughter, Mrs. M. F. Getz. Mr. Pence, a native of Shenandoah County, was the last of a family of seventeen children. Besides Mrs. Getz he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. J. D. Funkhouser, of Mt. Jackson and Mrs. Wade H. Pence,of Mt. Jackson, and one son, B. F. Pence, of Roanoke.
