Laura Pendleton b. 1882 Mississippi married to Albert C. Childress

I am looking for the parents and siblings of Laura Pendleton. She married Albert Childress in Oklahoma Territory in 1898 and had 7 children. She was born in MS in 1882. I was told she was hispanic but am not finding supporting evidence. Any info on the Pendleton family would be appreciated.
