Hi, I am looking for any information of the Penrose surname connected to the Devon area, in particular around Stoke Damerell and Devonport.

The earliest person found is
John Benny Penrose born 1801 and died 1870. He married Harriett (unknown) and they had several children who appear to all be born and had families in the same area.

Any information that you can share will be appreciated.I am willing to share what I have found so far if anyone is interested.
