Some of your message is true,However Peres and Perea are far apart. Peres is from the line of Juda (Its meaning, bridgebaby) Perea/Berea is Greek/Roman.The region east of the Jordan named Perea was all jewish BC150 and during Jesus Chirst teachings there.
