My dad, Norberto Pereira, who died, was from Vieques, Puerto Rico. He told my brother and me that his father (our grandfather) came from Portugal. He told us that he lost his both of his parents the same day due to a disease which was spread throughout all Puerto Rico after I hurricane (I can't rememer the name he told us). They were 8 bothers and sisters who were separated. Until he was 15 years he lived with a family whose family head was Mr. Shaw who was marry to a lady whose surname was Brignoni. He left Vieques, escaping from these people (Mr. Shaw and Ms. Brinoni) because they treated him as a slave. He never got in touch with his sisters and brothers. I would like to know if there are any uncles or aunts still living.
