Eliseo Victor Pereira, 65, of Las Vegas, a retired truck driver, died from cancer Nov. 22, 2006. Born Dec 9, 1940, in Honolulu. Preceded in death by his parents, Eliseo Pereira and Belinda 'Teixeira' Pereira; and sisters, Lucita Restis and Mary 'Delonna' Jackson. He is survived by his daughter, Christy Pereira of Boise, Idaho; three grandchildren; brother, Daniel Pereira and wife, Barbara; his sisters, Dolores Sison of Guam, and Diana Hammons and husband, Ray of Las Vegas; and stepchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A celebration of Victor's life will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at Somerset Commons, 2775 E. Fremont, Las Vegas, NV, 89104, in the Community Room. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Creekside Hospice Foundation, 3675 Pecos McLeod Int., Las Vegas, NV 89121. Arrangements were handled by Nevada Funeral Service
