Eugene LaForest Perham was born in Peterborough NH in 1827. I have not been able to determine who Eugene LaForest Perham's parents were. I expect they were residents of Hillsborough County NH. He might be one of the children of David or John Perham of Lyndeboro(ugh) that show up in the 1840 census, but this is just a guess.
I have ascertained that one of Eugene LaForest Perham's many children was Arthur Perham, my grandmother Margaret Perham's father.
