Nicholas Perring or Pering born c1808 in South Brent, Devon

Surnames: Perring Pering
I am having problems getting accurate information concerning the marriage of Nicholas Pering or Perring born c1808 in South Brent, Devon died c1880.
I know he married a lady called Ann, and have found 2 possibilities.
The first is Ann Harding Punchard born 1808 Branton (the old name for Braunton), Devon.
The second is Ann Peeke born 1810 Cornworthy, Devon. Father: Thomas Peeke. Mother: Eleanor Jackson.
They must have married c1830, possibly around South Brent or Blackawton, but being pre 1837 I can find no information.
