Eugene Personius married:
1st: Mary Ostrander about 1878
2nd: Hannah Atwood on 07 Nov 1908 in Chambers, NY.
3rd: Anna Laura Decker on 08 Jul 1923 in Chambers, NY.

Eugene's daughter with Mary is Clara who married Edwin Eames on 01 Feb 1919 in Big Flats, NY.

Parents of Eugene: Ephraim Personius and Dorcas Vincent.
Parents of Ephraim: Everet Personius and Catherine Sloughter.
Parents of Everet: Jacobus Personius and Rachel Keyser/Kisor.

Ephraim happens to be the twin brother of my ancestor Julia Personius who married Jacob Perry.

Try checking with G.H.Personius of Union Wa., the H. is for Hugh.
Or you might ask his wondeful son David E., who likes to proclaim that his GG grandfather was part of a homestead family in Arlington (Smokey Point) Wa., Also there is a Personius listing in Lake Stevens (not you) who might provide some info for several generations back

Hi, I am Judy Personius but not the Judy you are looking for. I didn't know her although I heard of her many years ago. I am sorry to say she passed away last year. Some people saw her obituary and thought it was me so that's how I found out. Hank and Mae was my Grandparents by marrige. I had married Leonard Lee about 44 years ago. We are since divorced. He is alive in Sacramento, CA. His dad, Lee, who is Hank and Mae's son has passed away.

Any body have any information on this couple?
Isaac was from Havana,NY and was born abt 1833.He was a Civil War Vet.
Helen was from the Ithaca area.Was a neice to Anna Maria English from Ithaca.So I would like to find who Helen's parents were.
Isaac died in Ohio,Wood Co. and Helen died in Michigan in 1930.
Any information would be appreciated.

Also, do any of you know how John I. Personius was related to Hank? John was married to Jessie Beaman, sister to Mae. Mae was enumerated in their home in the 1920 Federal Census records. I know of another young woman with the same disease who's last name is Personius but doesn;t know who her ancestors are. My ancestors originate from southern NY. Hank (Henry Kroce Personius)(HKP) and Mae (Mae Beaman)(MB)
were my Grandparents and the parents of my father,
Henry Leonard Personius (HLP)- NOT Henry S. Personius -- That's ME!
-- Alta Masters (Personius) is my sister. HKP/MB
lived in Gooding Idaho. HKP was born 1893 in Fairmont, Minn and MB
was born in LaGrange, WY. HLP was born 1899 in Elmore County, Mt Home, Idaho,
and NOT Boise, Idaho 12 August 1921. HKP/MB had two boys, my father HLP,
and unfortunately, I can't remember my uncles name, but do know that he
was living in or around Sacramento in the late 70's. Hope this is of some

I am looking for any information on my maternal grandfather's family, Myron Everett Personius. B- 27 Feb 1880 in Nashville Township, Martin Co., MN. He died 19 July 1942 in Alexandria, MN and is buried in Winnebago, Martin Co., MN at Rice Lake Cemetary. He was married to my grandmother, Ada Grace Clow. Myron's father was Franklin Personius and his mother was Emma Douglas (who eventually remarried after Franklin's death to someone with last name of Hanscom). My Aunt says Myron had 2 sisters, Cora and Sadie, and 3 brothers, William, George and Robert. I am fairly current on info from Myron down, but know nothing about his siblings, their descendants, or more than his parent's names. Can anyone help? Thanks, Sharon

My mother in law has been recounting some tales and remembers visiting with her gm a Personius family in southern MN when she was real young.

My mother in law is now 86. She remembers a set of twin boys. The family is somehow related to Anna Jane Winch.b.1869 So the boys birthdate should be close to 1920-25.

She is curious as to how they are related. I am thinking that maybe one of Anna Jane's sister Elsie would have married the Personius.
