Inventory and Appraisement of the Estate of Diana Person, Deceased
1st Henry, a Negro man age about 23 years Valued at $1,300.00
2. Bidda, a woman age about 21 years and her three children, viz. Fanny a girl about 5 years old, Ivy a Boy about 3 years old and Warren a boy about one year old
Valued at 2,100.00
3. One bedstead and furniture 16.00
4. One Trunk 2.00
5. “ 1.70
6. One clothes press 5.00
7. One chest 4.00
8. Work stand 2.50
9. 4 chairs 4.00
10. ?, tongs and shovel 5

15. One note made by Pinckney Persons, dated April 6th 1854 and due twenty-fifteh December thereafter $452.00 and credited with $37.00 March 20, 1855. Also with $20.00 May 5, 1856. Also with $40.00 May 25th 1859.
16. One note made by John W. Peunfoy, dated Dec. 30, 1853 and due the 25th Dec. thereafter for $214.00
17. One note made by Stanley Peunfoy, dated March 10th, 1855 and due due the 25th Dec. thereafter for $100.00

We do certify upon oath that as far as was produced to us by Lovett Persons the Administrator, the above and foregoing contain a true appraisement of the Goods, Chattels, and credits of the Estate of Diana Persons, deceased to the best of our judgment and understanding. Given under our hands and official signatures this October 10th, 1859.
