Hi,
I'm looking for info on my maternal grandfather, Eric Leonard Peterson. He was born in Sweden around 1910. He married Marian Torkelson from Walla Walla, Washington, and had two children; my mother, Karin Christine Peterson, and my uncle Eric Peterson.
I know that in Sweden, "Eric Peterson" is kind of like "John Smith", but this particular Eric Peterson was a scientist at Los Alamos Labs in New Mexico during World War II, so maybe that will help. He worked on the Manhattan Project, continued working at the lab after the war, and stayed in New Mexico after he retired.
Thanks for your help!
