I am looking for the family descended from Cornelius (Niel) Pettinger, son of Michel Pettinger and Suzanne Schnieder from Luxembourg. He was born in abt.1835, and he came to America abt. 1855 with one of his brothers, Nicolas Pettinger (my grgrgrgrandpa)and Anne/Anna Thoss. Apparently, he had 4 children; Ann, "Buddy", and twins Patsy and Peggy. I don't know who their mother is, though. I desperately want to know where this portion of my family went.
