I'm descended from John Baptiste Peveto. I currently have general information, but was curious to see if anyone had more specific information about his line. My information showed that Michael Peveto was listed on the San Jacinto Monument. So, my husband recently visited the San Jacinto Monument web page, which had him listed, but with information that differed from mine slightly. Therefore, I'm not certain of the accuracy of the information I have. I ran across cemeteries in Orange Coo. Texas that list John Baptiste and many of his descendents. I hope to visit those cemeteries soon and see what I can find. Please reply with any information you might have. Thanks!
