Pfieffer (Pfeiffer) in Baltimore, Maryland and Germany

I am looking for information about my great-great grandparents. They are listed in the 1880 census in Baltimore, Maryland. Here is what I have so far:

Charles A. Pfieffer born in 1848 in Baltimore, Maryland

Wilhelmina "Minnie" (Bartz) Pfieffer born around 1851. The 1880 census lists her age as 19, but it looks like 29 to me. According to my family, she was born around 1851 in Castle on the Rhine, Germany.

Their children were:

Charles - born around 1873 in Baltimore, Maryland

Albert - born around 1874 in Baltimore, Maryland

Charlotte "Lottie" (my great-grandmother) - born July 15, 1876 in Baltimore, Maryland.

Willie - born around 1877 in Baltimore, Maryland

Anna Wilhelmina (Annie) - born May 30 1880 in Baltimore, Maryland - Died August 25, 1964.

In the 1880 census, Minnie's sister is listed as Elizabeth Barth born in Maryland around 1863. My understanding is that the name is actually Bartz not Barth and she was born in Germany also.

Charles Pfieffer was a barkeeper in the Baltimore, Maryland area. I have also found that their last name - Pfieffer - was spelled Pfeiffer in later census forms. I cannot locate Charles and Minnie Pfieffer in earlier census. I cannot find them in later census either. I have found some of the children though.

I would appreciate any information anyone can offer with this family line.

Thank you!!
Brian
