Surnames: Phelan, Allen
Thomas Phelan and Johann Phelan nee Allen lived above the grocery store they owned at 112 Barrack St., Waterford, Ireland, early 1900's. If anyone has any knowledge of this store or the Phelan Family, please contact me. James Phelan, son of Thomas was living at this address in 1968.
