Sorry, I can't help with any info on your Phillips line in Kentucky. My wife's great grandfather, Isaac L. Phillips, married in Claiborne Co, MS in 1819.
According to the 1850 Pike Co, MS census, Isaac Phillips was born in Kentucky, but we haven't been able to find anything on his family line back in Kentucky.
