Isaac Phineas arrived about 1790 from the Jewish-Portuguese section of London,England - came to Trois-Rivieres, Qc. He married Hannah Cook - they had 8 daughters & 1 son (all stayed in Quebec except for Emilie). All children's marriages in early 1800/Quebec. Family includes: Marie-Anne1Polly (m/Leandre Saucier) - Elizabeth/Betsy (m/Amable Paradis) - Mathilde (m/Paul Lafleur), Emilie/Phoebe (m/Felix Hebert - Emilie moved w/son Georges to Houghton Co.MI, USA) - Delphine (m/Louis, Gabriel Marchand) - Hermine (m\Ambroise Bourgeoys) - Georges (m/Marie-Josephte, Louise Pellican).
