My paternal Great Grandparents were Frances PICARD (1862-)and Moise Victor GAREAU (1862-1896). Victor was born in St-Roch-de-l'Achigan, Quebec, Canada, and died in Montreal, Quebec, Canada at age 33. I have not found him buried at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery for some unknown reason.

Victor met and married Frances H. Picard likely in Detroit, MI, where Frances (Fanny) was born on 7 February 1862. My Grandfather was Raphael Roch GAREAU (1886-1929).

Matilda's parents were Joseph PICARD (1823-) and Matilda Gauthier (1828-1909). Although Joseph was born in St-Constant, Quebec, Canada, Matilda was born in Detroit.

I would love to find out where Frances (Fanny) PICARD was married and when she died. I have a photo of her when she was elderly, so she survived Victor's death at a very young age.

I also know nothing about Rose Emilienne GAREAU, Fanny's only daughter.
