Charles F Pieper, 65 years old died this morning at his house, 421 Wheatfield Street, after a lingering illness. He was born in Germany, came to America at the age of four and resided in North Tonawanda during the last 35 years. He was a member of the independent Order Of Redmen. He is survived by a wife, Martha, a daughter, Mrs Meta Krieman-North Tonawanda, two brothers, William Pieper-North Tonawanda and John Pieper-Delawanna, New Jersey and a sister, Mrs Joseph Lovell-Tonawanda. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the residence. Rev Theodore Mayer will officiate and interment will be at Elmlawn.
