Pierlow Family in MO

I am a descendant of Jean Baptiste Pierlow who immigrated to the St. Louis, MO area sometime around 1860 from France. He ultimately settled in Phelps County, MO. He may have had a brother named Godfrey Pierlow. Their name was probably Pierlot, but was changed to sound more like it was pronounced in English. Any information on him or any other members of the Pierlow family would be appreciated.
