I have information on Wladyslawa (Lottie) Dutkiewicz & Antoni Pietrowski. They are my G-grandparents.Lottie & Antoni had 9 childern 5 girls Haddy, Hellen, Rita, Stella, MARY & 4 boys Stanley, Leonard, Melvin & Edwin.

If I'm not mistaken, you're in the Toledo Polish Genealogy Society. I went to one meeting in spring of 2005. Lottie Dutkiewicz & Antoni Pietrowski are my niece's g-grandparents. I'm doing her genealogy. I didn't have Frances' maiden name until reading your post.

Looking for any information regarding Antoni Pietrowski and his wife Wladyslawa Dutkiewicz. Only information known is that they had a daughter, born in 1920 (possibly 1919) in Toledo, Ohio, USA, called Mary Ann Pietrowski. Mary married her husband Vernon E. Wells, who died at some point during the 60's. Mary herself died in April of '98 leaving behind 5 children. Any information would be most greatly appreciated and treasured.

Hello: I recently found a nice professional picture of 1st Lieut. Pietrowski taken around 1940, this was in my grandmother's papers. My family is from N.Y. State. Thanks. Sorry, the certificate is not designed to photocopy I guess. the bacground was dard, but a different color. It is mostly readable tho.

My grandmothers family name is PIETROWSKI.
She passed away in 1985 aged I think about 88.I've been told that she had a brother who left Poland in the 20's or early 30's and it is believed that he went to the USA.Her name was Antonia.I know that she had other brothers sisters but they remained in Poland.I know that it is a longshot but can anyone help me trace any family of this lost brother.Any replies will be welcome!

She married Walter Pietrowski and had 5 children: Lillian, Willie, Jenny, Virginia and Walter. Walter and Mary lived at 11214 Vernon, Garfield Heights, Ohio on Nov. 15, 1963. My g-grandfather came to the United States in the 1800s through Ellis Island in New York where the spelling of his last name was changed. I do not know his forst name, buthis last was Pietrowski and it was changed to Piotrowski. He had a son named Charles casimir Piotrowski. Charles married Norma (?) and had a son named Charles casimir Piotrowski II. He married to Nora Hartnett (Piotrowski) and they had four children. Melanie Autumn Piotrowski, Meghan Lenae Piotrowski, myself, anda son. Their son Charles Casimir Piotrowski III died four days after birth (January 30-February 3) any information anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for any help.

Regarding Augusta, her maiden name is VonGluth, so it might not be the same Augusta. It sure would be nice it can go further back after discovering more information.

Yes, Edward had Carl H. Pietrowski, Elnor Lois Pietrowski (My mother), and Fred R.? Pietrowski.
Note: Edward Rudolf Pietrowski was living in Bedford, Ohio on June 1916. He was a cabinet maker.

I am not sure. The child of Frederick 'Fred' Pietrowski that I have is Edward Ruldolf Pietrowski born 12 Apr 1892 in Ohio,and died 23 Nov 1974 in Sarasota, Florida. Prior to the he lived in Cuyahoga County, Ohio (Cleveland area). Edward Ruldolf Pietrowski married Sarah Newell maybe around 1912.

My rgeat-great-grandmother was Frances Pietrowski but when she arrived in the USA, probably 1883 or 1885 she was already amrried to Michael Kierblewski from Pozen, Poland. I think she may be a realtion to Franz Pietrowski who came over in 1902, also listed as coming from Pozen. Any info would be great. She lived in Michigan.

Where did your line of Pietrowski's emigrate from? From what I can tell my Augusta Pietrowski came from Germany and her husband Adam from Belsels, Germany maybe Prussia. I am having great difficulties finding this town. I think the naturalization paper may be incorrect.

I have Pietrowski in my line, My G grandfather Adam Worgull married Augusta Pietrowski. She had 2 brothers Fred and Charles and a sister Mary. I am trying to determine who her parents are. In the 1920 cuyahoga, OH census I find Adam Worgull with Augusta and the entry above is Frederick Pietrowski with his Spouse Augusta and 2 children. Is there a connection?? Thanks for your reply.

Did Edward have many siblings? I found him listed in the 1910 Ohio census his father being Fred Pietrowski. And Augusta listed in the Cleveland necrology index.

Hi, No I dont have that information. This is what I do have:
Augusta Pietrowski had 2 brothers, Fred Pietrowski and Charles Pietrowski and a sister Mary Pietrowski who married a William Long. Augusta married Adam Worgull I believe in Germany. They were naturalized in 1892 Cuyahoga County. All siblings resided in the Cleveland area, Cuyahoga county. I am still searching for obits, death records and census leads to find parental information. I am curious about the 1920 census, its too coincidental that your line and mine are listed next to each other. there must be a connection there, Aunt, Uncle perhaps. We'll get to the bottom of this!
