George Washington Pifer

I am looking for any info on the ancestry of George Washington Pifer. He was born abt. 1845/1846, in Ohio, and married Margaret Colyar in 1871. One of their sons was George Sylvester Pifer, born abt. 1877/1879. Any info would be appreciated.
