I am seeking any information about the family of Mary Pilson, (b 1742 d. 1789 in Greenwood, Albermarle VA).

She married William Wallace in 1771. Her father was Richard Pilson Sr, father of Mary (b. 1742), William (b.1752), Samuel (b 1750), and Richard Jr. (b. 1745).

I am trying to find out who the mother of these children is, the wife of Richard. Any assistance would be much appreciated!

PILSONs in Co. Wicklow, Ireland

In c. 1837-8 Edward ROBERTS, a mining engineer, married a [unknown given name] PILSON in Co. Wicklow, Ireland. They had a single son, Edward ROBERTS (II) (my great grandfather), who was born after his father was killed in a fall from his horse. I would be interested in any connections people can offer to PILSON families in Co. Wicklow at this time, since the family has no knowledge of when or exactly where this marriage occurred. The oral history states that Edward ROBERTS, the mining engineer, came from Wales to Co. Wicklow. Thank you for any interest in this inquiry.
