My Father's name is Hermenegildo Pina and resided in Placentia California when I was born 48 years ago. He was older than my mother by 16 years and would be 88 years old now. He had a previous family prior to my mother. Two Boys and one girl I think? I want to say there names were Daniella, Rorine, I don't know the other one's name. My mother placed myself and my other 3 siblings (all girls) in an adoption center in Houston, Texas when I was 3 years old. I was the youngest. This may or may not help you. MARY PINA, Age 102, passed away peacefully on May 18, 2007. She was born October 10, 1904 in Mexico, and lived in San Bdno for 90 years. Survived by her sons Freddie (Chula Vista), and Richard Pina (San Bdno); daughters Marylou Becerril (San Bdno), Anita Sistos (Highland), Juanita Duffy (Covina); and 4 generations of grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband John Pina, son Manuel Pina (San Bdno), daughter Esperanza Pina (San Bdno). Visitation will be held on Thursday May 24, 2007 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Aaron Mortuary in San Bdno. Funeral Services will be held on Friday May 25, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Aaron Mortuary in San Bdno. Guadalupe Saldivar to Ancestry.com. I am his 7th G. Grandson from his 2nd wife. I understand there are Land Right "ISSUES" amungst some of the family members that have been going on for decades but me personally, I am just curious to know any and all I am related to. I'm 31 now and have been working on this since I was 12. My great grandmother Saturnina Pina I believe was originally from Mexico, but came to AZ in the late 1800's.
She did marry Andres Gomez in 1909 in Morenci.
Her witness was a Ysidra Pina, not sure how or if she is related.

I've been lookng for anyone I don't know from my family. My great grandfather was Manuel Lobo Pina and came from Fogo. He and his wife had my grandfather Domingo Lobo Pina. My grandfather Domingo(passed away) and his wife Zumira had my father Harry Pina. Grandpa Domingo has a sister named Madeicha Pina who is now an Alves. Great grandpa Manuel lived in East Freetown,Massachusetts on Braley Road, where grandma Zumira lives today,my grandma Zumira has a sister named Josephine who lives or lived in Falmouth, Massachusetts. my last name is pina also. my family is from lisboa,portugal. my real fathers name was jose pina who married to Anabella silva. so this is very confusing to me. i dunno what the heck to think i have not seen or heard from my real dad in 20 years. and the sad thing is that i am 20 right now!! the last time i remember being around him was when i was 10 months old. so i really dont remember much. i am so confused!!

I am looking for information on the following marriage: Jose Jesus Barrios and Monica Pina. I suspect that the marriage would have taken place in either San Jose de Llanetes, San Antonio de Sauceda, or San Mateo. These haciendas are located between Fresnillo and Valparaiso in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico. They had a son, Jesus Maria Barrios, who eventually married and brought to Southern California, Maria Borjon. They are buried in Calvary Cemetary, in Los Angeles, CA. My name is Felipe Daniel Pina, and my fathers name is Felipe Pina. My grandfathers name is Ismael Pina and he was born in Juarez, Mexico but now lives in El Paso, TX. As far as I know my grandfather was an only child, but could have been related to Andres. I know from my grandfathers birth certificate and papers ect....that there were quite a few Pina's in Juarez and probably still are. Ciudad Juarez may be a good place to look for more Pina's.

Just read your message. My family came from Rosales, and Saucillo, Chihuahua,Mexico. My Grandfathers name was Maximo Pina, he was married to Nellie Silveria. My Greatfather was Tomas Pina, he was married to Estefana Valenzuela. My Great-Greatfather was Pedro Pina who was married to Maria Refugio Mendias. Pedro Pina was born in 1804, Maria was born in 1809. They were married in 1829 in Rosales and Saucillo, Chihuahua.

One of Joaquin Chapa's Daughters, Maria Ignacia, had a daughter whose last name was Mendiola. The daughter married a Pina. Their children also had the Pina name. One of the Pina daughters (Juanita) married my great grandfather, Santiago Jaramillo.

Hi my dad is Nino J.Fernandez. Aunt Eva is my grandpa's sister.
We too, were looking for information on Andres Gomez.
Have heard conflicting stories on whether or not they were married.
Any information regarding Andres Gomez, and Saturnina' parents
would be greatly appreciated. ( Saturnina's mother may have died
around July 1960, possibly buried in Morenci or Globe) My grandpa
doesn't remember too much, he forgot her name.

We were told that Aunt Eva had done a family tree, just hoping you have additional information.
