Have hit a brick wall. We thought he was married to Martha Long, but have found nothing on her in Census although did find a Margaret Long that would have been close to age and was living next door to Daniel Pittman, a brother of his, at one time. They were married around 1875 in Tennessee, but can't find the documentation. Would love to correspond with anyone about this family. His parents were James Pittman and Elizabeth Braden. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
