Surnames: PLANK, CALLAWAY
Hey, can anyone help me? I am trying to link Joan E. PLANK, who married into the CALLAWAY line I am researching, to her uncle, great-uncle, cousin, whatever he was! -- Eddie Plank, who played from 1901 to 1917, died in 1926, and was admitted to the Baseball Hall of Fame.

He was born and raised near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, but I have been unable to find his family on census documents from 1880, 1890, 1900, 1910. Doesn't mean they weren't there -- but I cannot find them.

I would like to know his parents, if possible, and more about his siblings. I think he had brothers named Lester and Ira, but there could have been many more. I know that he had a son named Eddie, and a grandson still living known as Eddie Plank III, but I'm not in touch with him. (I'd like to be!) Help!
