Ploughe's of Rush Howard Cos. Indiana

My gggrandfather, Isaac Ploughe, was in Rush Co, IN in 1850. Then Howard Co. in 1860. HIs parents were Jeremiah Ploughe and Sally Roberts. Does anyone have Isaac's siblings and spouses and Jeremiah's siblings and spouses? Jeremiah descends from Aldirt Ploughe and Cornelia Sluyter. Jeremiah also has a brother Aldirt. I have some siblings but no wives or families to some. Isaac had a brother, Jacob, and I would like to establish which Jacob that is. I have found three Jacobs and I don't know which one belongs to Isaac's family. Please e-mail if you can straighten me out on this.
