Surnames: Plough, Ploeg, Plow, Pasley, Young
I am at a total dead end. Henry Plough, born in 1779, is somehow related to Ploughs living in Madison County, Kentucky and Madison County, Indiana. He and his wife Anne Pasley Plough lived in Hamilton County, Ohio for a time. One of the children was Jacob Plough, who lived in Rush County, Indiana. A second son is likely Washington or George Washington Plough. He appeared in the 1850 Hamilton County census living next to his father. There is also a Phillip on the same page. There may also be 3 other children, Abraham (bn, 1796), David (bn. 1805) and Elizabeth (bn 1806).
I have so much conflicting information about this family, but I can't make a firm decision on who Henry's parents may be. His name may actually be Hendrick. I am almost certain he comes from the family of Aldirt Ploeg. Can anyone help?
