I posted a message several months ago concerning my lineage of Plum(b)s, but in doing further research found most of it to be incorrect. I am looking for information for John and Adaline Plumb who were born in 1830 and 1834 respectively, not confirmed of where, but probably in Va. I have an 1860 census from Ceredo, WV stating that they came from Va. They are not mentioned again until 1899 when their son, James H. Plum (the spelling is changed here) married Martha Marcum on April 23, 1899 in Wayne Co. WV. In the 1920 WV census their daughter, Josie, who is my great grandmother, mentions that her father was born in PA. That is the only information I have found concerning my link to the Plum(b) family. I would love information about John and/or Adaline as well as their parents and also if James H. has any other siblings. Josie had a sister called Rebecca that I would like information about as well...I think she has lived in Montana, but was born in 1905 in Wayne Co. WV.
