You should be able to get a copy of the marriage certificate from either the state archives or at Anderson County, Tennessee....I will try and check to see just where to get one. There were no marriage applications, it will just be the marriage certificate and bond certificate, it might help to see who is on the bond for the marriage.
Plumlee is not a common name in Anderson County, however, Butler is, Sarah was probably a daughter to one of the Butler families of Anderson County
