CORINTH, MS- Funeral Services for Mrs. Janice PLUNK Ada Lindsey, age 55 will be 11:00 A. M. Saturday from the Chapel of Leon Johnson Funeral Home with burial in the Henderson City Cemetery.
Mrs. Lindsey died Wednesday morning at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo.
She was born in Chester County daughter of the late Ezra and Jewell Austin PLUNK. She attended school in McNairy County. She had lived most of her life in West Tennessee moving to Corinth MS six years ago. She was a member of the Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Lindsey loved and cherished her grandchildren, enjoyed her flower garden and painting.
Mrs. Lindsey is survived by her husband, Jimmy Lindsey of Corinth, MS; a daughter, Robin Porter of Hernando MS and a son Brian Ada of Warrior AL; two step daughters, Stephanie Dunkin and Leslie Lindsey both of Memphis TN; one step son, Jimmy Lindsey Jr. of Memphis, TN; sisters, Shirley Evans of Jackson TN, Gail Clement of Henderson TN, Brenda Garrett and Jo Ellen Garrett both of Bolivar TN, Tina Scribner of Nashville TN; Brothers, Eugene PLUNK of Scotts Hill, TN. Ronnie PLUNK of Joliet, IL, Randy PLUNK of McKenzie TN; grandchildren Julie and Brianna Ada, Keely and Kyndal Porter, Lindsey Dunkin and Casey Wyatt. She was preceded in death by a brother Bud PLUNK.
The family will receive friends at Leon Johnson Funeral Home after 5:00 P. M. on Friday.
