My name is Debora Bennett, my adopted name was Debora Lynn Turner, and my birth name is Debra Lynn Pomroy. I have found my biological Mother and she has told me that my father is from the Midwest ( Iowa,Ohio,Wisconsin) they met the first time in Beloit Wi. as she was a waitress and he a customer, and went on a date. A year or two later, they ran into each other in Alameda Calif., where they got together again and I came along. They never married, and at that time Pomroy worked for Ralph C. and Edna A. Turner in their service station in Alameda Calif. and decided to let the Turners adopt me. I was born in Feb. of 56 and my mother name is Ann Cramblit. She has said that my father's name is ether Pomroy or Pomeroy and that his mother sent me a dress when I was first born. and that's all I know. Hope someone can help, my family tree is Lopsided.
