Surnames: Ponder
I am descended from Edwin Walker Ponder, CSA. His son,
Thomas Edward Ponder left his family in AL and moved to
Happy, Swisher Co., TX. There is a book in the DAR Library
in DC that is entiteled "Edwin Walker Ponder". In it it states
that little is known about him. It was written by some des-
cendants in TX. I'd love to straighten them out.
