Looking for info on Solomon (middle name may be Lewis) Pope and his daughters Elizabeth and Mourning Pope. Dates would be mid to late 1700s to early 1800s. Specifically I'm interested in his daughters Mourning who married Drury Mathews (trying to figure out WHICH Drury as their were two) and Elizabeth Pope who married Lewis Mathews (again, trying to figure out which one as there were two in this time period).

Data on Solomon, Mourning and Elizabeth comes from book Genealogical Abstracts of Edgefield County, Equity Court Records by Carol Wells. Either I was extremely lax the day I wrte the names down or the book provided no dates or further details. I have Drury Mathews will (died bef Jan 7, 1831) so can confirm he was indeed married to Mourning. Will also mentions step children with last name Pope. No further details on my end on Lewis/Elizabeth marriage.
