My great-grandmother was Hazel Mary Popp (married Clarence Shafer). I don't really know her family past that point. Her son was William Howard Shafer (called Howard d. February 1983), married to Mildred Frances Cotrell (b. 01 November 1915, d. 28 January 1999). Howard and Mildred moved to Florida in the 1940's from Piqua, OH.
