Charles L. Porter was the son of Joseph Moore Porter (1824 Washington Co., PA - 1904 Bellefontaine, Logan Co., OH) and Margaret J. Sullivan (20 Oct 1836 OH - 27 Sep 1894 Logan Co. OH).
